Bill Menish is a 15 time Emmy Award winning broadcast journalist, turned auctioneer. “I was training for this for more than 20 years. I just had no idea what it was I was training for until I became an auctioneer. Everything I learned about being in front of the camera, and about how to tell emotional, inspirational stories prepared me to represent my current clients on stage, to tell their amazing stories and inspire guest to donate so much more than they planned to when they arrived,” said Bill Menish.

Who We Are
Bill Menish is a 15 time Emmy Award winning broadcast journalist and considered among the best Benefit Auctioneers in the Nation. From raising $5.5 Million for JDRF Seattle, to $3.2 Million for Sanford Burnham in San Diego to raising $1.3 Million for the Dick Vitale Gala in Sarasota, Florida, Bill excels in both high profile and intimate gala fundraisers.
Bill is a Graduate of Ball State University and The Worldwide College of Auctioneering and The Certified Auction Institute at Indiana University. Bill was the 67th person in the world to receive the Benefit Auctioneer Specialist designation through the National Auctioneers Association. Bill is also the owner of SVN Menish Auctions where he oversees the sales of millions of dollars of commercial and residential real estate. As a real estate auction expert, Bill also holds the Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate Designation.
Kevin is the newest member of the Menish Auction Group. Over the years he has raised millions of dollars for charity through his “weird hobby” of auctioneering. Kevin is a graduate of Purdue University where he was recognized for his outstanding service to students. As an Emmy Award Winning meteorologist he has worked tirelessly to keep families safe in the worst of weather. Luckily, most days are calm and his witty banter on TV, radio and social media has allowed him to also have a lot of fun. A self-described people person, Kevin never meets a stranger and is always excited to learn more about everyone he meets. His interest in auctions started as a young boy when he would wake up early, get dressed up and work the auctions with his father every Saturday morning. Kevin looks forward to combining his passion for people, knowledge of entertainment and joy of auctioneering to benefit your needs. He’s excited to work his apprenticeship under the direction of Bill Menish and The Menish Auction Group.
Mark is a graduate of The Reppert School of Auctioneering, which was established in 1921 where he earned a Reppert Diploma, the sign of excellence in the field of auctioneering. He has earned his Benefit Auctioneer Specialist and Auction Marketing Management designations through the National Auctioneers Association (NAA). Mark is an active member in the auction industry, serving as the Treasurer for the Indiana Auctioneers Association (IAA) and the Indiana ambassador for the NAA. Mark has a passion for benefit auctions and strives to satisfy each client with excellent results. His personality and ability to connect with an organization and their supporters has helped him raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for a variety of nonprofits. Mark is passionate about staying current with trends in the field of auctioneering and regularly attends training sessions offered by the NAA and IAA. Mark heads up the Menish Auction Group Indianapolis office.
